EASA organises biennial conferences for the European anthropological community.

Interested in hosting a conference?
Candidates who are interested in organising the conference at their institution's location should prepare their application with the following documents:
- letter of intent signed by the head of the institution;
- letter of intent signed by the head of department;
- a general overview of the department's structure (number of staff, administration, students);
- institution's infrastructure (plenary session hall, workshop rooms, technical equipment, communication points);
- local situation for financial support and sponsoring;
- local infrastructure (accommodation, average subsistence prices).
Hearings take place during the previous conference, and decisions are communicated at the members' forum.
