Networks: Visual Anthropology Network
The EASA Visual Anthropology Network, currently chaired by Beate Engelbrecht (Göttingen, Germany ), aims at developing and propagating the use of visual and especially video media in anthropological research and teaching. It was set up in 1996 as the result of a group of visual anthropologists meeting at the EASA conference in Barcelona .
Further information on VANEASA you will find on the VANEASA-website.
We are always interested in hearing from new members and open to suggestions for new activities and meetings. Please contact Beate Engelbrecht if you would like to join the network and/or collaborate with us in any capacity.
