Five year anniversary Issue

The Network celebrated it's anniversary by launching a special issue of the European Journal of Development Research (issue 26.2 April 2014).

Book Publication
The Anthropology of Children Working Group's history dates back to an international conference that was organized by the Netherlands African Studies Association in 2008: 'African Children in focus: A Paradigm Shift in Methodology and Theory?'

A selection of conference papers has been published in 2011 by Brill Academic Publishers in a peer-reviewed volume that covers a range of issues that are of central importance to the lives of children in contemporary Africa:
