Days of Ethnographic Cinema -2018! CALL FOR FILMS!

Dear friends, we invite documentary film submissions to be screened during  the 7th “Days of Ethnographic Cinema” Festival in Moscow from 25 to 29 September , 2018. The organizers invite filmmakers and students working in the fields of ethnography and anthropology and in other related disciplines to participate in the meeting.   We are looking forward the films on following topics:

  • Anthropology of А rt
  • Anthropology of the Body and Embodiment
  • Anthropology and Aging
  • Processes of Migration
  • Anthropology of Religion The length and year of production of the films are not important.   Filmmakers   are kindly asked to submit:
  • a DVD- copy  of the film with the English subtitles
  •   transcript of the soundtrack in Russian and/or English (Word format) ;
