Disappearing World Reloaded - RAI 2021 Panel Invitation (Extended Deadline : Nov 29, 2020)
Dear VANEASA Colleagues,
A friendly reminder that the deadline for paper proposals for the RAI Film Festival Conference has been extended.
New submission deadline : Sunday 29 November, 2020.
As such, we invite contributions for a very significant dialogue :
Disappearing World Reloaded: A proposition to collaborate on geopoetic films of the “terrestrial” Panel 23 : https://nomadit.co.uk/conference/raiff2021/p/9509 RAI Film Festival 2021 — Online (19-28 March)
We are excited to have ‘Disappearing World’ creator André Singer joining us for this discussion.
We see this panel as a unique opportunity for ethnographic filmmakers and visual anthropologists (and beyond) to come together for dialogue about interconnected storytelling of life on our damaged and disrupted planet.
And for those who perhaps would not be able to contribute a paper, however would like to attend and participate in this conversation, we welcome you to reach out to us. Several prominent colleagues will be joining us at the conference in such a capacity. And we would love to harness a space of deep engagement amongst our webs of connection.
Peace to all, & we look forward to hearing from you!
Pavel & Blake
